Urban Decay All Nighter Foundation Review

So you can probably tell by the picture, but I’ve got fairly into this foundation… so I thought I would review it!

I bought this at the beginning of November, me and my other half took a trip to the new John Lewis in Leeds, I walked up, asked for it, she asked for my shade, I wasn’t so sure, so she sat me down and started decorating my chin! Which I was fine with, I mean I didn’t really expect it to be honest, I couldn’t see it, and I wasn’t really too fussed, I was dead set on buying it though and I was having a hot flush so I just wanted to get out of there… after looking for the G7X which I’ve since bought… to be continued…
Upon exiting the shop, we soon realised that the foundation on my chin was much paler than the foundation on the rest of my face. We then came to the assumption that my previous foundation made me look a little bit like an oompa loompa, so I won’t be going there again! (the Rimmel foundation not the UD)
Anyway! Onto the foundation! The product itself I have grown to learn that it is quite fast to dry, you have to work with it then and there you can’t linger and go back to it because you will have a big patch that will soon become awkward. I’ve also learnt that this foundation has extremely good coverage, you can’t see many of my blemishes on camera but for those who watch my videos… here is a prime example of the coverage this foundation provides!

Also, I was also informed by the make-up artist that the foundation has an oxidised finish which means the product will naturally warm to your skins complexion, so basically, you get the closest shade possible, and the foundation will do the rest of the job for you! So it suits all skin tones! FYI, mines 2.0, just in case y’all were wondering.

My only negative point I have to this foundation is that if you make a mistake when applying eyeshadow after your foundation, you can’t correct it without making more of an effort to then correct your foundation after, you cant just go in with your beauty blender, because it is such a quick drying foundation, it creates a layer which then goes crusty when tampered with post application… it doesn’t like it.

Other than that, I would give it a 10/10, it gives off a flawless finish making you feel fabulous all day, it does have a flaw though, so i’ll give it an 8.7/10.

You go, Glen Coco.

Question of the day: Do you have this foundation? If not, which foundation is your favourite? Let me know down below!
