All About My New Hair!

Firstly, I sincerely apologise for neglecting this blog! I did say I would post on here every time I make a video, and that just went out of the window, God know’s how many times! But through trial and error, I’m back again, hopefully for a bit longer this time… In fact, I’ve completely forgotten what my blog looks like to tell you the truth! (I’ll have a look after I’ve written this)

If you’re completely alien to my YouTube Channel, you won’t know that I’ve updated my hair colour, so… surprise!

The bright hair world is absolutely not strange to me, I stopped dying my hair 3 years ago because it was so damaged, and in a large(ish) time scale before that, my hair had been every colour under the sun! But I really wanted long hair, so I stopped dying it, and I’m so glad I did! I’ve been on a journey with my hair, I’ve got to know what it likes, and what it doesn’t, and I’ve got to the stage now where I just know my hair on the inside, and on the outside, I’ve reached a point where I don’t feel like I have to give it TLC 100% of the time, because I can depend on it to do it’s own thing without it dying on me!

Big soppy paragraph there, feel like I’m releasing a child into the wild or something.

Before I go and tell all I can about my hair, here are some of the haircolours I’ve gone, I’ll be honest, there are so many I couldn’t cram onto this collage, but if you would like to see more, please watch this video (I did miss out the blue hair, it was really difficult to find a picture of this because at the time, it didn’t stay long in my hair!) Anyway, here is my hair journey from 2013 – Now!:

My current hair was designed, styled, and dyed at The Strand Hair Salon, in Saltaire, Bradford. Obviously because I had it professionally done, I’m not sure what they used, but I believe it was a mix of a couple of colours for the pink, and Crazy Colour’s ‘Coral Red‘ for the orange. The Strand has been my one and only salon for going on 8 years now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They do such a good job, any idea I have they always make it look better on my head than it does in my head, and I’m always so over the moon with everything they do! Charlie is my ‘designated’ hairdresser, God I hope she doesn’t read this, I’m making her sound like a robot… But this time, Kim gave a help in hand. The whole team are such a lovely bunch and I would recommend them to anyone!
Anyway, thanks for reading, I hope this was somewhat educational and I hope you enjoyed having a little gander. I will hopefully speak to you soon (I’ll be honest, I don’t know who I’m talking to)… Just out of curiousity though (if I am talking to someone)…
what colour would you be interested to see on my head?
